Do you find yourself waiting in line every payday waiting to cash your paycheck? 

Consider setting up direct deposit with you employer.  It is the safest and fastest method to make paycheck and Social Security deposits.  Your money is electronically transferred every pay period, which means less of a chance of your paycheck getting lost, stolen, or spent on impulse purchases.

Payroll Deduction - Pay Yourself First!

For those of you who do not want their entire paycheck deposited, or those whose employers may not send electronic payments - payroll deduction is a great alternative and a great way to "pay yourself first!"  

Some employers, while they do not participate with electronic payments/direct deposit, will send part or whole paychecks directly to the credit union on your behalf.  This is a great way to make loan payments, save for the holidays or a large ticket item, or simply make deposits to your checking account.  Speak with your employer today.  If you have any questions, please contact the Community Development Department at ext. 241.
