Get Started: To start paying bills online, login to"It'sMe247" and click on "Pay Bills" under the "Your Accounts" column, and follow the simple instructions. See the notes below regarding payment options.
Save Stamps: You can pay your bills online at the click of a button. You can pay anyone, from the phone company to your babysitter, anywhere in the U.S.A.
Many Payment Options: You can set up re-occurring payments, future payments and/or send a single check, while maintaining complete control of your account.
Payments are processed through CheckFree, one of the nation's largest payment providers. Depending upon the vendor or person you are paying, a physical check may be mailed -- which means your payment may be posted a few days following the date you requested. The funds will not be deducted from your account until the payment is made, so please make a note of any pending/outstanding payments to avoid overdrafts.
NOTE: Personal accounts receive bill pay free if actively using at least once a month. Business account holders pay a nominal fee of $3.00 per month plus $0.40 per payment. In the event that no payments are made in a given month, an inactive fee of $5.00 will be assessed on both personal and business accounts.

E-Statements
How To: You can easily access your current and archived statements through ICCU's secure server. ICCU has security features and firewalls in place to protect your account information. Your credit union also has an annual Information Technology (IT) review, where the system is tested. There have not been any problems, issues or concerns in this area, nor do we expect any.
SAFE: There is a three-step verification process that you must establish, so unless you share it, you are the only person able to access your account information on-line.
FAST: Statements are available much quicker than regular mail, typically 4-6 days quicker. With "It'sMe247" you can check your account as often as wish, as many times as needed.
ECO-FRIENDLY: No paper will be used to send statement or gas burned for postal delivery. You can print only what you need, when you need it.
EASY TO ACCESS: View recent statements from any internet connected mobile device through "It'sMe247." Statements are also archived, so you can go back and check a previous month easily and quickly.
ANNUAL TAX STATEMENT: All financial institutions are required to send year-end statements for tax purposes. Please keep your address, phone and e-mail address current so we are able to mail your year-end statement.
eAlerts & eNotices
Tired of rushing to the credit union or your computer to see if the direct deposit you had been expecting was deposited? You can relax with e-alerts and e-notices.
With ealerts, you will be notified by email (in a secure format) when certain transactions occur. So you can know when an ACH transaction (direct deposit or payment) occurs going in or out, or when your account balance gets to a certain dollar amount. You can even be alerted when your loan payment is due and set up reminders up to 15 days before its due.
How to set-up: Log into It'sMe247 as you would normally. Go into the Info Center tab and click on ealerts subscriptions to set them up. You can also speak to any employee at ICCU for help. You can set the parameters, and choose when to be notified (dollar amount, transaction, etc.) as you wish. You can also stop a notice or alert at any time.
Enotices allow ICCU to contact you quicker if there is an issue with your account, rather than mailing a notice, and waiting to hear from you days later. With enotices and ealerts your financial issues can be handled in the most efficient way possible. For help, speak to any ICCU employee.
