e-Alerts & e-Notices:  FREE!

Tired of rushing to the credit union or your computer to see if the direct deposit you had been expecting was deposited?  You can relax and enjoy with e-alerts and e-notices.

With e-alerts, you will be notified by email (in a secure format) when certain transactions occur.  So you can know when an ACH transaction (direct deposit or payment) occurs going in or out, or when your account balance gets to a certain dollar amount. You can even be alerted when your loan payment is due and set up reminders up to 15 days before its due.

How to set-up:  Log into "It'sMe247" as you normally would. In the preferences section, click on e-notices/e-alerts to set them up.  You can also speak to any employee at ICCU for help.  You can set the parameters, and choose when to be notified (dollar amount, transaction, etc.) as you wish.  You can also stop a notice or alert at any time.

E-notices allow ICCU to contact you quicker if there is an issue with your account, rather than mailing a notice, and waiting to hear from you days later.  With e-notices and e-alerts your financial issues can be handled in the most efficient way possible. For help, talk to any ICCU employee.
