E-Alerts & E-Notices

Tired of rushing in to the credit union or your computer only to see that the direct deposit you had been expecting has not been deposited yet? Relax and enjoy a bit more of your day with our new e-alerts and e-notices.

With e-alerts, you will be notified by email (in a secure format) when certain transactions occur.  So you can know when an ACH transaction (direct deposit or payment) occurs going in or out, or when your account balance gets to a certain dollar amount. You can even be alerted when your loan payment is due and set up reminders up to 15 days before its due. You can pick which transactions you would like to be notified about in the preferences section of "It'sMe247" or by speaking to a teller when you next come in to ICCU.

E-notices allow us to contact you quicker if there is an issue with your account, rather than waiting for the notice to come in the mail. That way it can be handled in the most efficient way possible. For more details ask any teller or member service representative.
