There are three (3) national credit reporting agencies in the United States.  Not everything listed on the sites below are free to consumers -- read and click carefully.

Free Credit Report:  To obtain a FREE copy of your credit report, chosen (randomly) from one of the three agencies, contact Annual Credit Report.com (not free credit report.com - it's not free!)

Credit Repair Agencies:  Just as most "free" credit report options are not free, the same can be true for credit "repair" agencies.  For assistance, click on the Federal Trade Commission's website for tips to understanding and using credit repair agencies.
