Debit Cards
What is a Debit Card?
Use your ICCU debit card wherever MasterCard is accepted, including retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, (ATMs), and gas stations.
In fact, with the convenience of a Debit Card, you will rarely have to write checks. When you use your debit card, the money is automatically and immediately deducted from your ICCU checking account. You can even save while you spend, with Debit Card Round Up!
Control Your Debit Card with ICCU Mobile!
Download ICCU's mobile app, ICCU Mobile, to set up card controls for your debit card.
Free CO-OP ATMs
As ICCU members, you have access to more than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs throughout the U.S. and Canada, including 5,500 7-Eleven stores.
Note: Using an ATM that is not a CO-OP ATM may cause a foreign transaction fee, in addition to a potentially costly surcharge. Watch for the red CO-OP triangle on the ATM!
To report a lost or stolen Debit or ATM Card, call 888-241-2510 or 727-227-9012 (outside the USA - collect). This service is available 24/7.
To report debit card fraud, call 888-241-2440.
To activate your debit card, call 800-466-0040.
In most cases, you can use your debit card outside of the United States. Please let us know when you are traveling by filling out the Traveling Out of Area Form to prevent your card being blocked for suspicious activity.
If you are using your card outside of the United States, please be aware that you will be charged a foreign exchange fee of $10.00, as well as any additional 3rd party fees.
There is no charge for making a purchase with your ICCU debit Card.
Members ages 14 to 17 may have a checking account with a debit card, as long as their parent/legal guardian is a joint owner on the account.
At this time, ICCU does not offer loans to members under the age of 18.
There isn't a charge for your debit card.
However, there is a $5.00 charge for a replacement debit card, if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. (Additional charge for RUSH order)
The terms "debit card" and "check card" mean the same thing. A debit card withdraws money from your checking account as a check does; therefore, it debits your account. It can also withdraw money from your savings account, if you have it set up that way when you ask for a card. It can be used to make purchases at any retail establishment that displays the MasterCard logo.
