A Safer Way to Bank Online: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Is Coming to ICCU

At Isabella Community Credit Union, protecting your personal and financial information is one of our highest priorities. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new security upgrade coming to your online and mobile banking experience: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

 

Starting September 16, 2025, all members using It’s Me 247 or BizLink 247 will be required to verify their identity through MFA — an extra step that makes your digital banking experience even more secure.

 

What Is MFA?

MFA stands for Multi-Factor Authentication. It’s a simple, additional layer of protection that helps ensure you are the only one who can access your account, even if someone has your password.

When MFA goes live, you’ll log in as usual with your username and password, then be prompted to enter a one-time verification code sent to your email or mobile phone. It’s fast, easy, and adds strong protection against fraud.

Your security matters — and cyber threats are constantly evolving. MFA has become the industry standard for safeguarding online accounts. By enabling MFA, ICCU is taking a proactive step to strengthen login security and give our members added peace of mind.

What You Need To Do

To ensure a smooth transition, please take a few moments to do the following before September 16:

  • Confirm your mobile number and email address are up to date in your account settings.

  • Watch for our upcoming emails with more details, helpful how-tos, and answers to frequently asked questions.

  • If you use spam filters or blocked numbers, be sure to allow messages from short code 46247 and @iccuonline.com to receive your MFA codes.

 

Special Notes for Business Members

If you use BizLink 247, your MFA code will be delivered via email only. Please ensure your email is current and monitored regularly.
