CU Lunch Local 2024

Credit unions across Michigan are putting their money where their mouth in October– by buying breakfast, lunch and other treats “cash mob”-style from local restaurants as part of a statewide program supporting local businesses.

During the daylong CU Lunch Local program, credit unions and their employees will support a local business for everything from getting breakfast or lunch to purchasing gifts for staff. Dozens of Michigan credit unions, with hundreds of employees, across the state are participating in CU Lunch Local.

ICCU's Educational Mini Grant

Application Deadline: July 26 2024

ICCU will be awarding six $500 grants to applicants from any teacher in Isabella County Schools. We will be accepting applications starting July 1st and awarding the grants by August 1, 2024.

Teachers and education are very near and dear to our hearts, as ICCU started 65 years ago in Mt. Pleasant High School as the School Employees of Isabella County Credit Union. Since that time, we have grown into our three offices in Mt. Pleasant, with an additional Student-Run Credit Union Branch in the Gratiot-Isabella Technical Education Center.

We are passionate about learning and financial education! If you are ever interested in having someone from ICCU visit your classroom to help educate your students about financial related topics ranging from counting change to learning about credit scores and budgets, we would love to help!

Annual Community Pie Sale

100% of Your Donations will Support the ICCU Members’ Scholarship Fund

Tuesday before Thanksgiving

Each year, ICCU hosts its Annual Community Pie Sale, a cherished tradition that brings together our members and the community to support higher education. The proceeds from this event are dedicated to the ICCU Members’ Scholarship Fund, helping local students pursue their academic goals.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, ICCU was thrilled to announce that in November 2024, the Annual Community Pie Sale raised $1,496.48. These funds have been directly contributed to the scholarship fund, ensuring continued financial support for deserving students.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated—whether by purchasing pies, spreading the word, or volunteering. Your support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of students in our community.

Events like this would not be possible if it weren't for the caring nature of our members, who donate and support community-focused projects.
